I just re-read what I wrote and it wasn't very clear. On the news one channel displayed a chart that had three categories: normal, overweight and obese and if I remember correctly each had three subsections and they said that the lower scale of obese lived longer. Another channel (without a chart) said that if you are slightly overweight one would live longer. I think they said that was from the NIH. So you probably know.
